Terms and Conditions of the Crazy Car Referral Program

Crazy Cars' referral program, allows existing Members to earn credits ("Rental Credits") by referring friends to become new users of Crazy Cars.

By participating in the Program, Members agree to these terms, which become part of the Crazy Cars Terms of Service.

How to Earn Referral Rental Credits

Members can earn Rental Credits if:

  1. A referred friend signs up creates a valid Crazy Cars account that complies with our Terms of Service, and
  2. The referred friend completes a qualifying rental (defined below).

After the referred friend’s Qualifying Rental is complete, the referring Member will receive a Rental Credit of $200.

Qualifying Rental

A Qualifying Rental must:

  • Be booked by the referred friend through the Crazy Cars platform.
  • Be a minimum of an 8 week rental paid in full.
  • Have their account rental paid in full and bond paid in full with no claims on their bond.

If the booking is canceled, it will not count as a Qualifying Rental, and no Rental Credits will be awarded.

Redeeming Rental Credits

Rental Credits:

  • May only be redeemed through the Crazy Cars platform, according to our credits redemption policy.
  • Cannot be combined across multiple Crazy Cars accounts or transferred.

For questions about your Rental Credits balance, please contact us. Crazy Cars reserves the right to verify and adjust balances at our sole discretion.

Referred Friends Benefits

Friends referred through a valid referral will receive $100 in Rental Credits upon signing up, which they can redeem.

Rental Credits expire one year after signup. Crazy Cars reserves the right to cancel credits or accounts if fraud, tampering, or violations of these terms or Crazy Cars’ Terms of Service are suspected.

Multiple Referrals

Each referred friend may only use one referral. If multiple referral are shared with a referred friend, only one friend will earn a Rental Credit for the referrer.

The Program cannot be combined with other Crazy Cars referral programs or promotions.

Severability

If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, only that specific provision will be removed, leaving the rest of the terms in full effect.

Termination and Modifications

Crazy Cars reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate the Program or any user’s participation at any time.
  • Suspend accounts or remove Rental Credits if there is suspected abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms or Crazy Cars’ Terms of Service.

The availability and scope of products and services redeemable with Rental Credits may change at any time.

Updates to These Terms

Crazy Cars may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be posted on our website and become effective immediately. By continuing to participate in the Program, Members accept these changes.
